Simone joins FSS from the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.

She graduated with Distinction from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with a concentration in Trial and Appellate Advocacy in 2020. She joins the ranks of FSS attorneys who have shined at McGeorge School of Law's Trial Advocacy program, and is perhaps the most decorated student to come out of the program.

During her time at McGeorge, Simone earned the several competition titles, including: Tournament Finalist at Drexel Law School's "Battle of the Experts" Inaugural Tournament in 2018; Tournament Champion and Best Advocate (Preliminary Round and Final Round) at Loyola Law School's National Civil Trial Competition in 2018; and Regional Champion and National Finalist at the National Trial Competition hosted by the Texas Young Lawyer's Association in 2020.

Most notably, Simone was invited to participate as one of only sixteen competitors at Baylor Law School's prestigious national Top Gun Mock Trial Tournament during her second and third years, having earned the title of Tournament Champion in 2020.

Simone was also very involved in several clubs and organizations, including serving as the President of the Criminal Law Society in 2018, the Vice President of the Trial Advocacy Board in 2019, and the Public Relations Chair on the Public Legal Services Society Executive Board in 2018 and 2019.

Simone will be handling transportation and employment litigation at FSS.
