Overview

Gordon Bowley has a long record of success in the areas of insurance defense and related litigation. For more than 25 years, he has worked to provide a strong defense for his clients in a variety of lawsuits. He handles all manner of insurance defense litigation, from small motor vehicle accidents to million-dollar wrongful death suits.

Mr. Bowley goes out of his way to provide a great defense for individuals and companies who are being sued. He works hard to put them at ease during what can be a very difficult process. Gordon has tried several civil cases in California Superior Court and has successfully argued before the California Third District Court of Appeal. He has also represented parties in numerous binding and non-binding arbitration and at mediation.

Gordon, a Sacramento native whose father was an attorney, has worked in the law profession since he was a teenager, having held virtually every position a law firm has to offer. Clients turn to Gordon because of his calm and even-keeled approach to even the toughest legal problem, his sense of humor, and his caring yet aggressive approach to serving clients.

Mr. Bowley lives in Elk Grove with his wife and two children who keep him busy cheering enthusiastically from the sidelines of swimming and soccer events.
