III. Investment and Entrepreneur Immigration

We help international entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners identify immigration strategies that support their goals of establishing, expanding, and operating businesses in the United States.

A. Temporary Investor and Entrepreneur Options

    • E-1 Treaty Trader Visa – For nationals of treaty countries who engage in substantial international trade between the United States and their home country.

B. Investment-Based Green Cards

    • EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program – For qualified investors who make the required investment in a U.S. commercial enterprise and satisfy applicable job creation requirements.

IV. Trump Gold Card

The Trump Gold Card is a proposed immigration pathway designed for high-net-worth individuals and certain business-sponsored applicants seeking expedited U.S. lawful permanent residence.

The program generally requires a $1 million financial contribution from an individual applicant (or a $2 million contribution for certain corporate-sponsored applicants), in addition to applicable government processing fees and eligibility requirements. Applicants must complete required background checks and satisfy U.S. immigration requirements before obtaining lawful permanent resident status.

Because immigration programs and requirements may change, applicants should consult with an immigration attorney regarding eligibility and current procedures.
