Law & Mediation Office of Patricia Clark, PC
Roseville Family Law Lawyer
Overview
At the Law & Mediation Office of Patricia D. Clark we pride ourselves on understanding and respecting the emotions that go along with family law issues. In an effort to help our clients move through the process we provide personal support, efficient and thorough legal services, and prompt and responsive communications. We feel that it is important for our clients to understand their case and the laws involved. We make sure to clearly discuss the various steps with them and keep them apprised of their case so that they can make informed decisions as to what is truly in their best interests.
Our goal in any case is to keep a client’s situation as conflict-free as possible, even if that situation dictates that we must go to court. Our office maintains excellent working rapports with other family law attorneys and we gladly work with opposing parties that are not represented in order to resolve any issues that may arise in the most amicable way possible. Finding creative solutions that work best for the parties and striving to keep the best interests of any children involved is also paramount for our firm.
We maintain the belief that a family law case is the client’s own, not ours, and we understand the financial concerns often associated with the idea of hiring an attorney or mediator. Our office makes a conscientious effort to keep our client’s costs to a minimum whenever possible. Our motto is that we work in family law because we like it and we enjoy being here for you, our client.
