Overview

Rob Bennett has been with the firm since 2009 and became a firm partner in 2020.

Rob focuses on the representation of individuals and insurers in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, automobile injury, homeowner's liability, products liability, premise liability and many forms of tort liability claims. Rob has successfully represented clients in many cases and matters with significant exposure and has led cases through trial and arbitration.

Rob also serves as personal counsel to a local insurance broker, advising them on matters ranging from general liability to contracts and employment matters. Rob centers his legal practice not only upon zealous advocacy on behalf of his clients, but also upon being responsive and available to his clients, guiding his clients through the legal process.

Rob has served as an attorney coach for a local high school Mock Trial team for seven years, while volunteering as a judge and scorer in the local Mock Trial program.
