Overview

Grace Paek is an attorney with a demonstrated commitment to client-centered advocacy. Prior to joining the firm in February 2022, Ms. Paek worked to advance civil rights within the Impact Litigation group at the non-profit Asian Americans Advancing Justice-Los Angeles. She also represented children with special needs and guided families through the conservatorship process at a plaintiff-side boutique. Before that, Ms. Paek was a Microsoft U.S. Government Affairs and Public Policy Fellow in Washington, D.C.

She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Chicago School of Law in 2018 and her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California in 2014. During law school, Ms. Paek participated in the Global Human Rights Clinic and published a white paper in collaboration with the ACLU's Border Litigation Project. She also interned at the Federal Trade Commission's Competition Bureau and International Justice Mission.
