Mr. Meissner has broad experience with various business and corporate practice areas. He has represented small, medium and large companies in sales and acquisitions of businesses in a variety of industries including industrial, commercial, engineering, technology, medical, dental and investment advisory. He has an extensive practice with the formation, operation, buyout of owners, succession planning and related tax matters for legal entities such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships as well as representation of non-profit organizations with their formation and operations.

Many of the companies Mr. Meissner represents engage him to assist with the acquisition or sale or lease of real estate including related tax deferred exchanges. These include commercial and professional office buildings, industrial buildings, agricultural land, and land for commercial development.

Mr. Meissner also serves as outside general counsel for several larger organizations in both commercial and professional fields.
