Rando A. Rodriguez - Sacramento, CA

Mr. Rodriguez has over ten years of experience handling personal injury cases throughout California. His practice focuses on the representation of those who have been seriously injured in car accidents, slip and falls, and as the result of medical malpractice. Mr. Rodriguez has represented individuals at jury trials, court trials, and arbitration hearings. While vigorously prosecuting his clients’ cases, Mr. Rodriguez makes sure that he also spends time communicating with his clients and making sure they understand the legal process as it pertains to their case.

Prior to joining The United Law Center, Mr. Rodriguez was an Associate at the Mayall Hurley firm in Stockton, CA from 2006-2012 and at Matheny Sears Linkert & Jaime in Sacramento from 2003-2006. At these law firms, Mr. Rodriguez developed and honed his skills as a trial attorney. He also gained invaluable insights into the way that auto insurance companies handle personal injury claims because both firms had long histories of representing the interests of several of the largest auto insurance companies in the world.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from the UC Davis School of Law (King Hall) in 2002. As a law student, he clerked for a local attorney in Davis handling Probate and Estate Planning matters. He also clerked at Protection & Advocacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals with physical and mental disabilities with their legal needs.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from UC Davis in 1999, earning two bachelor degrees, one in Economics and another in Political Science. While a student at UC Davis, Mr. Rodriguez was active in the campus political scene and also worked part-time at local restaurants to help pay his own way through school.

When not working hard to give injured persons the compensation they deserve Mr. Rodriguez enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son’s sports teams. His wife Jen is a stay at home mom for their children Dan and Sophia.
