Russell Warren Miller is a seasoned California criminal defense attorney who practices criminal and immigration law for The Rosenfeld Law Firm. Across the more than 100 trials in his experience, Mr. Miller has taken on some of the toughest cases possible in the interest of providing aggressive defense for clients in need.

After attaining both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Public Administration from Golden Gate University, Mr. Russell Miller (California Attorney Of Counsel) graduated from the Northern California School of Law and became a member of the California State Bar. He has been licensed by the Eastern District Court of California to practice in federal court. Mr. Miller is a member both of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

A United States Marine and a decorated Vietnam Veteran, Mr. Miller also has engaged in language training with the Department of Defense’s Language Institute, receiving a certificate both for Vietnamese and for aural comprehension of Mandarin Chinese.

His hard work and dedication as a criminal defense and immigration attorney have earned the respect not only of the judges Mr. Miller has encountered, but of the community in which he practices. Mr. Miller has been awarded the National Leadership Award from the National Republican Congressional Committee; additionally, he has received certificates of appreciation from the University of Northern California’s Black Law Students Association and from the Gordon D.
