Attorney Megan Scafiddi (Majewski) has been practicing law since December 2012 when she joined the Law Offices of Michael A. Scafiddi after being admitted to the California State Bar. Ms. Scafiddi attended undergrad at the University of California Irvine majoring in Criminology, Law and Society, and graduated with honors. She attended law school at California Western School of Law in San Diego where she was recognized for outstanding trial practice. While residing in San Diego for over ten years, she was the managing attorney of the San Diego office.

Ms. Scafiddi practices in all areas of criminal law and post-conviction relief including sealing and expungements, Certificates of Rehabilitation and Governor's Pardons, appeals and restoration of firearm rights. Ms. Scafiddi services the Inland Empire and the greater Southern California area.

Ms. Scafiddi's recognition by peers and clients has earned her a perfect 10.0 on AVVO, as well as the Client's Choice Award. This year she was recognized by "Super Lawyers" as a "Rising Star under 40," a recognition earned by only 2.5% of attorneys in California.

In her eleven years practicing law, Ms. Scafiddi has had the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of countless people in the community. Ms. Scafiddi uniquely understands that many of the people she works with on a daily basis are in crisis. She believes that "compassionate lawyering" is necessary to not only be a fierce advocate for her clients, but to help them come out of the experience in a better place.
