Consulted Attorney 2000-2022This so called "attorney" has an open case with the California Bar Association for robbing a client, writing bad checks and for not paying the court's associated fees. She lies, lies, lies, ...before hiring her, check her credentials on the Attorney's Association Bar. You will be in dismay to read all the charges, but you will laugh at her response. It's so comical. This person needs be removed from legally abusing the public.

Hired Attorney 2020-2021Don't hire she will take your money and do nothing for your. She will then continue your case and ask for more money and tell you she will finish your case and still do nothing. She came unprepared at my hearing and didn't even know why we were there. Totally unprofessional. You have been warned, do not hire this attorney.

Consulted Attorney 2018-2019This so called "attorney" its the worst. Totally incompetent, abusive, rude, deceiving, unethical and should not be in business. She will extend and drag your case as much as possible without justification just to keep charging. She comes to hearings unprepared, and in some cases she doesn't even shows up. She is a joke, an embarrassment for the CA attorney' bar. My suggestion is to watch out for this shark!!

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
