He started by explaining the difference between wills and living trusts. I learned about the myriad of issues of having my assets distributed by probate and the costs and delays associated with it. A complete mess that I want to avoid putting my family through. He also answered questions I had re the best way to distribute assets to friends who are not-family members and how to avoid future complications. Jason made me feel comfortable that I was in good hands with this law firm. My assets will be safe and my family protected. They take a team approach so their attorneys cover every base.
