Mr. Bobak received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he completed a concentration in business and corporate law. While in law school, Mr. Bobak served as comments editor of the San Diego International Law Journal. Mr. Bobak was also a judicial extern for the Honorable Mitchell D. Dembin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and the Honorable Alan G. Lance, Sr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Mr. Bobak graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and German, and spent his junior year studying abroad at the prestigious Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany.
Mr. Bobak is originally from the State of Ohio. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and dog, learning new languages, reading and cooking in his spare time. Mr. Bobak is an avid music lover and player, with a particular affinity for playing the guitar.

Represents companies, including design-builders and construction companies of all sizes, and individuals in construction disputes, insurance, business and professional liability cases.
Previously represented multi-national corporations and professional firms in professional liability, construction defect, personal injury and products liability cases, as well as shareholders and institutional investors in securities class action and shareholder rights litigation.
