Regan is the firm’s Managing Partner and oversees the litigation and coverage practice groups. He specializes in litigating complex disputes, with an emphasis on environmental, products liability, construction, and insurance coverage/bad faith matters. Regan has handled lawsuits in state and federal trial courts throughout California and has argued cases before several California Appellate Courts.
Regan’s balanced construction practice includes representation of owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in a wide variety of litigation. He also assists several construction related clients with business planning, including the preparation of internal corporate documents, retention of appropriate insurance coverage, and the preparation of contracts for use in commercial and residential projects.
