Consulted Attorney 2023-2026I am submitting a formal complaint to the State Bar of California challenging the attorney misconduct Sheinfield has engaged in in response to multiple injuries and economic losses I sustained when a Muni light rail vehicle traveling at excessive speed ejected me into the metal stairwell and exit door in March of 2025. I am a licensed MD and former CCSF Commissioner and SFDPH Physician Specialist. As a result of disabling injuries including fractured and damaged teeth, a right knee meniscus tear and refractory extreme hypertension I was late submitting a claim by one month. Despite the fact SFMTA noticed the event and live video stream documented it, in assembly line fashion Sheinfield denied the late claim petitions and sent three notices from his office addressed to the wrong claimant. The three women wrongly named in the unconstitutional due process are women of color. I attribute this pattern of errors in legal services to racial discrimination. After hand delivering the December 12, 2025 Superior Court filing and sending the SFMTA FOIA request for the live stream video Sheinfield blocked my email account in violation of the CCSF Sunshine Ordinance. He abandoned my case and has not returned my calls. As an acutely injured senior with a disabling occupational spinal injury this abandonment and unconstitutional due process has been reported to the State Bar of California.
