Douglas MacLellan is Senior Litigator/"Of Counsel" with The Sheppard, Uziel & Hendrickson Law Firm. Douglas was admitted to practice law in February, 1994, and has been active in litigation practice since 1998 – recognized as a seasoned trial and litigation attorney.

Douglas's main practice areas are civil litigation and trials, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, business and commercial legal disputes, insurance matters, trust & estates disputes, employment law disputes, enforcement of judgments, arbitrations.

Douglas graduated from Golden Gate University School of Law with honors, and holds an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from New York University. He received his Bachelor's Degree Northeastern University. Douglas has lectured other attorneys on landlord-tenant issues and insurance coverage matters.

Prior to working at Sheppard, Uziel & Hendrickson, Douglas was a partner at Kaplan & MacLellan, a respected real estate litigation law firm in San Francisco.
