Jenna R. Avila is a Senior Employment Attorney with The Ottinger Employment Law Firm, where she represents employees in employment law matters. She graduated as valedictorian of her law school class and has more than 10 years of experience practicing employment law, including serving as a partner at a California-based boutique employment law firm in the Bay Area. She is licensed to practice law before all California State Courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California.

Prior to joining The Ottinger Employment Law Firm, Jenna represented both employees and employers in employment disputes involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters.
