A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D. 1986) and Indiana University (B.A. magna cum laude, 1983), Kate has experience with a broad range of civil litigation, including employment discrimination, breach of contract, unfair competition, professional negligence, product liability and insurance coverage.
