Kristina M. Seil is an attorney who practices in the areas of employment-related, investment, and family-based immigration matters.

During her ten-plus years at the Law Offices of Robert P. Gaffney, Ms. Seil has prepared hundreds of EB-5 petitions, successfully navigating complex source of funds issues, and has worked on many other successful immigration cases, including PERM, L-1A, and O-1 matters. She has authored published articles on immigration law regarding due process and “minor investor” issues.

Ms. Seil earned her J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, where she earned public interest and faculty scholarships and edited the Golden Gate University Law Review. Prior to her work at the Law Offices of Robert P. Gaffney, Ms. Seil served as Staff Attorney for Bayview Hunters Point Community Legal (now Open Door Legal) and completed internships at the U.S. District Court and the United States Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Counsel.
