She began her career at a New York-based employment law firm, representing plaintiffs in various types of employment-related disputes such as pregnancy discrimination; age discrimination; race discrimination; disability discrimination; sexual harassment; sex and gender discrimination; retaliation; as well as litigating civil claims of sexual assault under New York’s Gender Motivated Violence Act (GMVA) and Adult Survivors Act (ASA).
At Northeastern University School of Laws, Olivia focused her studies on labor and employment law and interned for various firms representing plaintiffs in employment-related disputes.
