Overview
Ms. Keegan brings nearly 35 years of legal experience to our firm. A graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, she began her career as a Research Attorney with the Santa Clara County Superior Court, where she provided in-depth legal analysis to Law and Motion Judges and the Appellate Department. This role gave her a rare, behind-the-scenes understanding of judicial decision-making process. She was later specially appointed by the Court to assist with coordinated cases and complex litigation.
Throughout her career, Ms. Keegan has represented clients in all aspects of civil litigation, especially employment law, including discovery, trials, settlement negotiations, risk management, and management training. She has advised senior executives, business owners, and human resources professionals, and has defended a wide range of labor and employment matters. Her practice is defined by her ability to craft innovative, compliant legal strategies that align with her clients’ business goals.
Outside of her legal work, Ms. Keegan is dedicated to community service, volunteering as a literacy tutor for adults. She is also an avid world traveler.
