Overview

Erik Martinez was born in the United States to Salvadoran parents. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) with an undergraduate Business Economics degree in 2003. Erik then went to the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) in 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Erik worked for the Hayward Unified School District. Erik is licensed by the State Bar of California. After practicing criminal law, he joined Ganjoo Law Corporation in September 2022 to practice immigration full-time. He likes playing sports and spending time with his wife and two sons, and is an avid fan of the Golden State Warriors. Erik is fluent in Spanish.
