Overview
Mariesa brings to the firm knowledge regarding all facets of family law, including property division, child support, spousal support, date of separation issues, reimbursement claims, child custody and visitation, and other complex litigation issues.
A native of Seattle, WA, Mariesa received her undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University in 2009. She doubled majored in Political Science and Spanish Studies, with a minor in International Studies. At Santa Clara University School of Law, Mariesa was Co-Founder and Vice President of the Law School's first Family Law Society, was awarded the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Family Law and completed a Spring legal studies immersion program in Havana, Cuba.
When she is not practicing law, Mariesa is an avid traveler and enjoys sports, photography and spending time with her family.
