Overview
Paulina Li is an associate attorney with experience in handling civil matters through all phases of litigation, including case investigation, strategy, discovery, motion practice, and mediation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Li litigated on behalf of defendants in California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in civil matters. She has primarily practiced in the areas of premises liability, wrongful death, public entity defense, habitability, and property disputes between neighbors.
Paulina earned her law degree from the University of Southern California in 2019. While at USC, she was a member of the Southern California Law Review and worked as a teaching assistant for LLM Legal Research classes. She has served as a judicial intern at Santa Clara Superior Court and a post-bar law clerk at San Mateo Superior Court. She is fluent in Mandarin and passed China’s National Judicial Examination in 2012.
