Mr. Baker successfully represents property owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, sureties, homeowner associations, property managers, retailers and tenants in the prosecution and/or defense of claims arising from payment disputes, construction delays, cost overruns, liens, stop notices, defects and landlord-tenant matters in courts throughout the State of California.
Mr. Baker received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Irvine in 1998 where he primarily studied economics and political science. After graduating from UC Irvine, but before attending law school at Santa Clara University School of Law, Mr. Baker went to work in the intellectual property group of a national firm located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Before joining Michael Allen Law Group, Inc., Mr. Baker was previously associated with the law firms of Miller Morton Caillat & Nevis LLP and Clapp Moroney, et al. P.C. handling complex commercial, construction and real estate litigation matters.
Mr. Baker is a current member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association. In addition to being licensed to practice law in the State of California, Mr. Baker is also a California licensed real estate broker.
