Peter Daniel has been practicing law since 1995, and has a diverse practice that includes Civil Litigation, Family Law litigation, Probate Litigation, and Estate Planning.

Peter attended Law School at Golden Gate University, and completed his undergraduate studies at university of California at Berkeley. Peter is married, lives on the Peninsula , and has raised two successful daughters.
