Brittney N. Sturtevant is an associate in the firms Family Law Department. Ms. Sturtevant received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, she was a senior editor for the Hastings Business Law Journal. She also held a judicial externship at the California Court of Appeal for the Sixth District in San Jose.
Prior to joining Flicker Kerin, LLP, Ms. Sturtevant founded her own law firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, handling a variety of family law, estate planning, business, and real estate matters. She represented victims of domestic violence as a volunteer attorney with Bay Area Legal Aid. Ms. Sturtevant earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, basketball, hiking, and exploring the culinary scene.
