Hired Law firm 2018-2021Made me repeat things constantly over a course of 3 years and still did not have these facts written down threatened to walk if I did not do something illegal which was not reporting funds to government which put me in a position since he threatened to leave or me do that , he walked at the last minute 5 years into the case when it was too late to get another lawyer thankfully another lawyer came and saved me and gave a better result I would not recommend Wiley to anybody there were things that were not right that I kept pointing out that he did not fix he jumbled up the case so much that names and dates were mixed up so bad he even had a private investigator who could not get any facts down straight I would say a name he would write down a different name I did not know whether or not he was doing this on purpose to confuse my case or what I would not recommend him to anybody.

Hired Law firm 2020Wiley Ramey's law firm was recommended to me by CDL Legal to resolve a speeding ticket I received on a southern ca. freeway. I am a CDL holder and rely on my license. I was really going to be in trouble if this ticket went through . Mr. Ramey's firm represented me and my case was dismissed . I have heard of horror stories and positive results from other types of serviced of this nature. I am very confident and strongly recommend Wiley Ramey and his law firm , because they had a very good communication process during this whole procedure , everything was timely and meet schedules with the court etc. No misunderstandings , they always returned my requests in a timely manner , THANK YOU WILEY RAMEY AND STAFF ...

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
