John Pentecost is currently a shareholder and managing partner of Hart Kienle Pentecost. He has been with Hart Kienle Pentecost since 1988. He is the group leader of the firm’s manufactured housing practice. He has had substantial amount of trials in Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside counties, including numerous commercial, RV park and mobilehome park tenant evictions. John has over thirty years of experience in defending class actions ranging from lease dispute issues to state and federal discrimination issues and failure to maintain lawsuits. He assists his clients in subdivision conversions and park closures, ground lease negotiations and litigation. John is experienced in homeowners' association law (HOA's) and assisting real estate brokers relative to commission and liability issues.
