Originally from North San Diego County, Mr. Shafer graduated from Fallbrook High School. Mr. Shafer completed his undergraduate education and law school education at Chapman University with B.A. in 2001 and a J.D. in 2007. He then went on to join the California Bar and Central District of California Federal Court in 2009 . Mr. Shafer is married with two children lives in Orange County.

Mark Shafer is a skilled attorney who has established a highly successful criminal defense and immigration practice in Southern California. He is experienced in all Misdemeanor and Felony cases as well as DUI.

Originally from North San Diego County, Mr. Shafer graduated from Fallbrook High School. Even at a young age, Attorney Mark Shafer always believed in fighting for the “underdog.” With this philosophy at hand, he pursued his legal education. Mr. Shafer completed his undergraduate education and law school education at Chapman University with a B.A in 2001 and a J.D. in 2007. He then went on to join the California Bar and Central District of California Federal Court in 2009.

As a bi-lingual attorney who speaks Spanish fluently, he is continuing the fight for justice by serving the local Hispanic Community. He even established the law firm next to the Mexican Consulate in Santa Ana, California to better serve our immigration clients.

Attorney Mark Shafer is married with 2 children. He also enjoys taking his 6 yr old rescue dog to the park to relax. As a family man and attorney, he is well respected and has earned the trust and confidence of family, friends, and fellow attorneys.
