Mr. Dickson began his practice in 1988 as an associate in a Medical Malpractice defense firm. From there he practiced in a boutique Newport Beach real estate law firm. Mr. Dickson then transitioned to work for the firm of the Herman Scoville award winner, Robert von Esch II, where he handled major litigation matters. During that time, he had a client that was a national marketing company who took him in-house as its general counsel overseeing the Legal Department and Human Resources and represented several Fortune 500 companies through indemnification agreements, including Walmart, Target and General Mills. He also works for and organizes charitable organizations.
