Attorney Information
Overview
Lindsay’s litigation practice is focused primarily on business and real estate disputes, a natural transition from her prior transactional practice. Lindsay’s cross-disciplinary experience allows her to evaluate a situation from multiple perspectives to come up with creative solutions for her clients. In fact, she continues to work on select projects with the Business & Real Estate Group to foster her transactional knowledge and skills. Lindsay enjoys working with clients to resolve disputes in a cost-effective manner without resort to the court system when appropriate, and litigating with fervor when a dispute reaches the court system.
Lindsay successfully has represented individuals as well as small and large business owners/entities in a variety of litigation matters. For example, Lindsay has represented individual investors and developers in partnership, joint venture and breach of contract disputes, large landowners seeking to secure title to their land against other record title owners, individual homeowners seeking to sell property co-owned with others, individual homeowners involved in easement and other neighbor disputes, individual and entity landowners that have encountered complex construction defect issues, commercial landlords (individuals as well as small and large businesses) with tenant disputes, and individual and entity trustees in trust disputes.
