Overview
Paul R. Dixon was born in Los Angeles and has been a Southern California resident his entire life. He attended Whittier College for undergraduate studies, majoring in political science and history. He received his bachelor of arts degree with honors from Whittier College in 1975. Mr. Dixon was active on the “Poet” College Campus, playing on the football team for four years as a receiver and was recognized All-League and All Team District 3 in his junior and senior years. His teammates recognized his as a leader and selected him captain in his senior year. Mr. Dixon also was elected to the Board of Governors and was voted President of the Orthogonian Society. He was also recognized in the national publication of Who’s Who among students in universities and colleges on graduation.
Mr. Dixon studied law at California Western School of Law in San Diego, California, where he attended from 1975-1978. During his law school years of study, he also law clerked for a respected workers compensation firm during his second and third years. He returned to the Southern California area after passing the California State Bar in 1978 and associated in the practice of law with Charles R. Weldon for over 30 years. His law practice has focused on cases involving workers compensation and personal injury matters.
The Dixon & Daley, LLP law firm was founded based on family values and principles. My partner, E. Neal Daley and I agree that our clients should be represented in all matters with integrity and honesty. We have built a successful law practice in the southeast area as a result of our personal touch with our clients, no matter if the case is small or large. We are proud that our sons, Justin P. Dixon and Keith N. Daley, and daughter Kaitlyn E. Daley, have joined the Dixon & Daley legal team and look forward to continued success in the future years to come. Mr. Dixon has been a member of the Southeast, Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations and has been a member of the California Applicant Attorney Association. Mr. Dixon has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell Attorney Rating Service for his professional skills and ethics.
Mr. Dixon married his college sweetheart, Deby, and has been married 41 years. Our family is blessed with three outstanding children, Justin and wife Jenee, Jacob and wife Tiffany, our daughter and receptionist Jessica, and four wonderful grandchildren. We have been involved in our community for the past 30 years participating in Youth Pop Warner Football, cheerleading, youth ice hockey, and active in our church.
