We provide tough, effective post-conviction relief and criminal defense and specialize in representing defendants who are not yet citizens of the United States. Non-citizens must hire a criminal defense attorney who also understands the complex immigration laws to either negotiate a plea bargain that will successfully negate or minimize any adverse immigration consequences, or fight for an outright acquittal to prevent mandatory deportation and permanent exclusion from the United States. We also specialize in the representation of non-citizens who already have convictions and need help to eliminate the negative consequences of the convictions and fight so future immigration benefits can still be achieved.
