Du Par Law is a law firm in Sausalito, California, that represents clients in all family law matters, ranging from divorce to child custody to financial support. Founding attorney Elizabeth Du Par has over 25 years of experience serving individuals in and around the Bay Area and earning a solid reputation of handling matters of the heart with grace, competence and respect. She opened her first practice in San Jose and, shortly after, her second in Sausalito. She operated out of the two locations for over two decades until recently. Now, she runs a home office and visits with clients both in-person and via virtual appointments.
Our law office focuses largely on family law, representing individuals and families in everyday to more complex issues. Ms. Du Par uses her extensive knowledge and experience to develop innovative strategies for issues that pertain to the following:
