Frank Hakim is one of the founding partners of Davis*Gavsie & Hakim, LLP. Mr. Hakim has been practicing labor and employment law for more than 26 years. His firm exclusively handles labor and employment law matters, such as sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination (on the basis of race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, medical condition (cancer), sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy), retaliation for protesting discrimination, harassment or other violations of law (whistle-blowing), wage and hour issues, negotiation of employment contracts and separation agreements, preparing employee handbooks, investigating discrimination and harassment charges, sexual harassment training, and providing advice and counsel to employers.

Mr. Hakim is a member of the Labor and Employment section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and has been Co-Chair of Sub Committees. He is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and a member of the Iranian American Lawyers Association. He has spoken on labor and employment related issues on live radio programs and television show. He was a speaker for a Los Angeles County Bar Association program regarding the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act.

Mr. Hakim obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Los Angeles majoring in Applied Mathematics with a Specialization in Computing. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Whittier Law School.

Mr. Hakim is fluent in Farsi.
