Overview
Robert Moss earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). During his first year of law school at Loyola University School of Law, he was awarded the West Publishing Company Award for finishing first in his class. He completed his law (Juris Doctor) degree at UCLA Law School, where he became a member of the prestigious Law Review.
Mr. Moss worked with several notable Los Angeles law firms before starting his own private practice in 1981. He has been admitted to practice law in all of the state and federal courts in California, as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Moss has spoken to elementary and high school students as a part of CRF's "Lawyer in the Classroom" program and was the attorney-coach for Sepulveda Junior High School's team which reached the finals in a countywide mock trial competition, and was an attorney coach for St. Michael's and All-Angels 7th-8th grade mock trial team that won the CRF mock trial championship trophy.
A long-time resident of California, Mr. Moss lives with his wife with whom they have proudly raised four children in the Los Angeles area.
Mr. Moss has been approved to act as Cumis Counsel and placed on the independent counsel panel by several major insurance carriers, including American International Group, Inc. (AIG).
Mr. Moss has had just under 30 jury trials in civil and criminal cases in his career tried to verdict.

- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
