Peter C. DeGolia is an officer and shareholder of Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy Incorporated and a senior member in the firm's litigation practice. Mr. DeGolia joined the firm in 1985 and has over thirty years of experience representing property and business owners, real estate brokers, title companies, commercial and residential landlords and tenants. He has tried cases covering all aspects of business and property litigation including those involving real estate title, easement and boundary line disputes. He has litigated matters in California and Nevada State Court and Federal Court relating to various aspects of property and business.
In addition to his practice, Mr. DeGolia has been a Professor at Santa Rosa Junior College, past President and long term Board Member of Legal Aid of Sonoma County, where he was awarded Legal Aid's Service Award for two consecutive years and he was a Board Member and chair of the Membership Committee of the Sonoma County Bar Association.
He has been married for over thirty years and has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities including golf, hiking, bicycling and swimming.
