Overview

Ward Hoskins joined Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy Incorporated as an associate attorney. He focuses on a wide range of topics, including, but not limited to, complex real estate and business transactions, litigation support, and land use.

Ward began his career working in criminal defense, initially in public defense and later in private practice. In his criminal defense practice, he developed exceptional litigation and negotiation skills, successfully defending hundreds of individuals charged with all levels of crimes. He joined Clement, Fitzpatrick & Kenworthy in 2024. During his time with the firm, he has assisted Homeowners Associations and individuals navigate the Davis-Stirling Act; represented clients through complex and high value real estate transactions; drafted unique license agreements, leases, and other contracts; and provided support to our litigation team by drafting nuanced motions and negotiating resolutions in contentious lawsuits.
