Overview

Monika Straszewski is an associate attorney at Rossi Law Group, where she represents self-insured employers, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation matters. She handles all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation and has experience defending claims ranging from low to high exposure across a wide variety of industries.

Monika began her workers’ compensation career in 2017 while attending Pepperdine University School of Law, where she worked as a law clerk with James Rossi for two years. After earning her Juris Doctor in 2019 and passing the California Bar, she joined Rossi Law Group as an associate attorney and continues to play an integral role in the firm’s litigation practice.

Before relocating to California, Monika practiced law in Austria, bringing an international legal perspective to her work. She is fluent in English, German, and French.

Monika is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
