Overview
Sarah M. Lee is a senior attorney at Rossi Law Group, where she focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims throughout Southern California. She regularly appears before multiple WCAB offices, including Los Angeles, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Long Beach, Marina del Rey, Pomona, San Diego, and Van Nuys.
Sarah began her career in workers’ compensation law in 2012. In addition to more than a decade of experience as a workers’ compensation defense attorney, she also has years of experience representing health care providers in a wide range of civil matters, including wrongful death, elder abuse, dependent adult abuse, medical malpractice, negligence, and breach of contract.
Sarah is admitted to practice before all California state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
She earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 2012. While in law school, Sarah was a member of the Law Review and was selected for student publication in 2011. She also received multiple Witkin Awards for academic achievement in Criminal Justice Ethics, Evidence, Business Associations, and Sales (UCC Article II). In addition, Sarah completed an externship with the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where she served as a certified law clerk representing defendants seeking post-conviction relief.
Outside of her practice, Sarah enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, attending community events, and time with family and friends.
