Overview
Brenda A. Enderle founded The Law Offices of Brenda A. Enderle in August 2008. Until that time, she was an attorney in the Business Department at Clifford & Brown, P.C., in Bakersfield, California, which firm she joined in 2003.
Brenda's Danish and Norwegian relatives arrived in Solvang in the early 1920s, where they continue to reside today. Brenda was born in Solvang and graduated from Santa Ynez Valley Union High School in 1989. In 1995, she graduated from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, where she received B.A. degrees in English and Politics. Brenda received an M.B.A. in Finance from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks in 1999. She attended Pace University School of Law in White Plains, New York, and received her J.D. in 2002 from California Western School of Law in San Diego.
While in law school, Brenda served as a litigation paralegal at the Wall Street firm Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., in New York City. She also served as a law clerk for the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, Southern District of California, in San Diego.
Brenda is a member of the State Bar of California and a former member of the Kern County Bar Association and Kern County Women Lawyers Association, serving as its 2006-2007 president. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Section of the Kern County Bar Association. Brenda formerly wrote for and was the Co-Chair of the Editorial Committee of the Res Ipsa Loquitor, the newsletter of the Kern County Bar Association.
Her practice is focused in all aspects of real estate, business, estate planning, bankruptcy and family law.
