Overview
I have been elected to the City Council twice, in 1990 and 2020. My first term ran from April 1990 until April 1994. I was appointed to the Planning Commission in June 2017. My colleagues on the Commission elected me as Chair in June 2019, and I continued to serve as Chair of the Planning Commission until my election to the City Council in November 2020. I resigned from the Council at the end of January 2023, after three years of service.
