I have used the services of Mr. grimes more then just a few times over the last 20+ years. I personally have consulted with him regarding a work-related situation that involved a violation of " The American disabilities Act " and " Title VII of the Civil Rights act of 1964 ". No this is not a paid review of Dylan nor am I a personal friend. I am a HOA board member who got onto a board after overcoming political challenges of a corrupt and incompetent property manager trying to keep me off of the board. After getting on the board and getting rid of the less than competent or ethical manager (and a couple board members as well), we chose Dylan to lead a construction defect inspection on our condo development with literally two months remaining on the 10 year statute limitation. Our condo development had serious plumbing issues beginning in it first year. Dylan was able to masterfully pull off a multi-million dollar settlement with the builder with only hours left on the time limit. Dylan knows what he is doing. We have retained him again for new action we are pursuing and anticipate similar spectacular results.

Find a different lawyer. We used Dylan for an HOA construction defect suit and once the HOA section was settled he has been impossible to reach. He was supposed to look over the contracts for the repairs but could never be reached and we ended up paying a different attorney to look over the contracts. He was starting a class action for the individual homeowners after the HOA settlement for the issues they have on the insides of their homes but has pretty much completely ghosted the homeowners. I would not recommend using him if you want any follow through.
