He has prepared several articles for the BICA Credit Line. Mr. Hatkoff's expertise includes business litigation, debt collection, creditor representation, judgment enforcement, California construction and Mechanic's Lien law, and real estate and business transactional matters.

Mr. Hatkoff is a cum laude graduate of SUNY at Albany where he earned his B.A. degree. He earned his Law Degree at Southwestern University School of Law and was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1975. He is also admitted to practice in various Federal Courts in the State of California.
