Ms. Minassian received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia University in 1998, with a double major in Political Science and French Studies, and minor in Music Performance. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, where she served as Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angles International Law Review. While at Loyola, Ms. Minassian externed for the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Minassian was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the Columbia University Alumni Association, the Armenian Bar Association and the Armenian General Benevolent Union. She speaks fluent French and Armenian. Ms. Minassian was the First Violinist, concertmaster and member of the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Lawyers Philharmonic.
