Ms. Minassian was admitted to the California State Bar in 2003, and is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the Columbia University Alumni Association, the Armenian Bar Association and the Armenian General Benevolent Union. She speaks fluent French and Armenian.
