Ricardo Perez Esq - Ventura, CA

Ricardo Perez earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with a minor in History, from the University of California, Davis. He later earned his Juris Doctor from The Colleges of Law, Ventura campus, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2022. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Perez worked for several years as a family law paralegal, gaining substantial experience with the issues families face throughout the litigation process.

Mr. Perez focuses his practice on family law, including dissolution of marriage, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, property division, and related matters. He regularly represents Spanish-speaking clients and communicates with them directly in Spanish throughout their cases.

Mr. Perez believes clients are best served when they understand both the strengths and the challenges of their case. He takes a straightforward approach, explaining options candidly so clients can make informed decisions rather than simply hearing what they want to hear. Recognizing that family law disputes are deeply personal, he balances strong advocacy with practical decision-making.
