Nicholas W. Christoph has been practicing criminal defense exclusively since he graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law with CUM LAUDE honors in 2007. Nicholas W. Christoph is a very experienced criminal defense attorney and has handled hundreds of Driving Under the Influence and Criminal Cases, in addition to the many drivers license suspension hearings with the DMV. While in law school he gained valuable experience as an intern with the San Diego Public Defenders Office. Immediately after becoming licensed to practice law he joined his father, William Christoph, in protecting the rights of people charged with a crime. Additionally, Nicholas is a trusted and approved Panel Attorney for the local Teamsters Union where he is charged with the responsibility of representing Teamsters Members with their DUI and Traffic Cases. Nicholas Christoph, after completing his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego, completed a Juris Doctor Degree with honors from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, interned at the San Diego Public Defenders Office, and now exclusively practices Criminal and DUI Defense. Nicholas Christoph has handled many cases, both misdemeanor and Felony, and provides a high level of professional service and a strong desire to help his clients resolve their cases in the best possible manner.
Currently, both of the Christophs are members of the California Bar, Federal Bar, North County Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and California Attorneys for Criminal Justice.
