Overview

Brooke Brigham has over 25 years of experience as an attorney representing clients in a wide variety of complex legal matters including general civil, business and probate litigation and trust and estate administration. She is also a trained mediator. Brooke began her career as a criminal defense attorney in Oakland representing both adult and juvenile defendants. She also represented parents in juvenile dependency cases brought by the Alameda County Department of Social Services. In 2004 Brooke began practicing civil and probate litigation with her father Thomas Brigham until his retirement in 2024.

Brooke was raised in Ukiah in Mendocino County. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara and then San Francisco Law School as the Valedictorian of her class. After law school she taught Contracts Writing and Legal Research and Writing at San Francisco Law School and was the Faculty Advisor for the San Francisco Law Review and Moot Court competition team for 5 years.
