Overview

Mr. Feller received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1975, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal. He was a teaching fellow at Stanford Law School and later a housing law specialist with the San Francisco Neighborhood Legal Assistance Foundation. Mr. Feller then served as Assistant Director of the San Francisco Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Program before joining the firm of York, Buresh and Kaplan in 1985. Mr. Feller’s practice has focused on premises liability, landlord/tenant and real estate litigation and appeals. He has served as a Commissioner on the Berkeley Police Review Commission and the Berkeley Housing Advisory Commission and as President of the Berkeley Albany Bar Association. He has handled over 50 trials and appeals, including over 20 jury trials.
